Thank you to all who attended the 2010 Lara Food & Wine Festival. 

The festival proved once again to be a fun family day out.

With 66 exhibitors, from local producers Meredith Dairy, The Fudge Man, La Madre Bakery to 13 boutique wineries, patrons enjoyed an array of taste sensations. 

An estimated 8,000 people attended the festival,  hosted by the charismatic Channel 9 television presenter Catriona Rowntree. 

Celebrity chef Gabriel Gaté and the Young Australian Chef of the Year, Matt Dempsey entertained with lively cooking demonstrations.  

Many festival goers enjoyed the live music, while munching on the gourmet produce from exhibitors. Thank you to the Lara community for supporting the event.

The 2011 Festival

Mark your calendars for next year’s festival, on Sunday 27 March 2011.  The festival is held on the fourth Sunday in March each year.
