Austin’s Wines - Austin’s is an outstanding vineyard and winery at Sutherlands Creek, in the heart of the Moorabool Valley, north west of Geelong. About an hour's drive south west from Melbourne, you enter Austin’s 'Greenbanks' property off Steiglitz Road. Richard Austin planted 150 acres of vines with the single-minded determination to produce the best pinot noir, in the world. Austin’s now has 90 acres of pinot noir at Sutherlands Creek. We believe this is the second largest family holding of the variety in Australia.
The bonus for Richard and his family is that the soil and climate at Sutherlands Creek also does well with Riesling, Chardonnay and Shiraz. In fact, all three are prominent in their own right.
While the reviews and trophies are mounting, the best way to understand the philosophy and determination behind the Austin’s brand is to taste the wine.
Austral Ferns - Chris with his wife Lorraine owns and operates Austral Ferns, a successful wholesale fern nursery near Geelong. Chris and Lorraine will have a range of hardy ferns together with Maidenhair ferns to showcase on the day.

Bellarine Estate - Bellarine Brewing Company produces the only micro brewed beer on the Bellarine Peninsula. Established in 2007, the brewery produces exceptional quality lagers, ales, pilsners and stouts. The beers are distinctly different, full of character and flavour as only quality micro brewed beer can deliver. This is beer with attitude, perfect for the first time beer drinker and loved by the mature palate of a seasoned connoisseur.
Bellarine Golden Olive - Our claim to fame in the boutique extra virgin olive oil market, is the variety of infusions that we produce. We began with basil, (luscious over salads, bruschetta and for breakfast on hot toast with sliced fresh tomato, ground pepper and salt), and garlic,(appetizing with almost any dish you can think of, particularly good on a tender piece of juicy steak, or an easy way to make garlic bread), garlic and basil became an instant success with our cognoscible customers. We have a large variety of choices: lemon, (fantastic to enhance your fish or add to your risotto dishes), rosemary, (beautiful poured over a succulent leg of lamb, or on a fresh salad), ginger, (delicious with any Asian stir fries), parmesan, (scrumptious used to finish off pasta, and risotto) and chilli, (delectable with pasta and on any dish that needs just a little zing to liven it up). These are all infused with natural ingredients, fresh herbs and spices, many of which are grown by us, and added to extra virgin cold pressed oil, then bottled and prepared for our discerning customers.

Camilo Olives - Eat well, live well and live long with our premium Australian Olive Oil products processed on-site. Camilo produces fresh and natural extra virgin olive oil, baked olives and skin care from our own grove flourishing in the cool climate environment of South West Victoria.
Established in 2002, Camilo grows and processes a range of olives including Ligurian, Koroneiki and Pendolino olives, producing delicious oils.

Del Rios of Mt. Anakie – Situated on the western slopes of Mt. Anakie our unique site produces estate grown premium wines. The vines are tended by hand, the fruit is hand harvested and the wines are handcrafted. Our wine tastings and sales will include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Marsanne, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet and Rose.
Dog Rock Winery – Dog Rock Winery produces estate grown ultra premium wine. Wine styles are avante grown and made by owner/wine makers Allen and Andrea Hart.
Eagles Rise Wines - Welcome to Eagles Rise vineyard and Wild Wine. From our spectacular site perched above the Moorabool River valley near Bannockburn, Geelong, we make a range of commercial and wild ferment wines on site. We also stock a large selection of locally made chocolates, some even prepared to match the subtle flavours found in wine. And we have locally roasted ‘fair trade’ coffee.

Eva’s Dutch Pancakes – Poffertjes are a traditional Dutch batter treat. Poffertjes look like fluffy pancake pillows, but they are often made with a raising agent and the batter is usually of a more runny consistency. In contrast with pancakes, poffertjes are small yet much thicker and have a light, spongy texture. Typically, poffertjes are served with powdered sugar and butter. Temporary poffertje "houses" appear across The Netherlandsfrom September to March, selling the little treats by the dozen.

Holy Trinity Anglican Church Lara – Home made light and fluffy scones, topped with Strawberry jam and whipped cream. Served with a cup of tea or coffee.
Irrewarra Gourmet Strawberries- Irrewarra Gourmet Strawberries was established at Irrewarra near Colac, by Noel and Margaret Hanlon in 1999 to grow strawberries with taste, selling to shops and restaurants, making the best strawberry jam, and attending markets throughout south west Victoria.
As we were not getting any younger we noticed an opportunity to reduce the amount of strawberries grown (and the increasing problems with labour. the problems associated with the drought and prospect of rising water costs) by further adding value via a food van serving Strawberries and ice cream and associated products. This eventuated in Oct, 2008 and has been very successful. with the addition of a Flavorama Machine we are able to also offer ice cream or frozen yoghurt with the choice of 7 real frozen fruits, blended into a cup or cone in 30-40 seconds. A truly healthy alternative proving very popular.
Jamie’s Fine Dressings – Sensational salad dressings, handcrafted with local and other Australian products. Jamie’s gourmet dressings give a unique and delicious flavour to the humble salad.
La Madre Bakery – Award winning artisan bakery of Geelong. Creators of handmade organic sourdough, rye, 100% spelt, traditional breads and carbon neutral hot cross buns.
Time is precious, so at La Madre we like to slow things down a bit. We use traditional baking techniques – including a gradual fermentation – and scour the land for the finest ingredients. Manzanillo Grove - Manzanillo Grove, with over 4500 olive trees and 7 different varieties, was established in 1997 in the fertile valleys of the Bellarine Peninsula Victoria near Geelong and is owned and operated by the Kint Family. The Bellarine Peninsula and our Olives in particular have a distinctive flavour that is much sought after by discerning buyers.
Meredith Dairy - Meredith Dairy is an on farm family enterprise, milking year round and processing a large range of specialty Cheeses & Yoghurts.
Modern Olives - Modern Olives was established in 1998 to meet the specific needs and demands of the emergent Australian olive industry. In these early years there was widespread uncertainty regarding the authenticity of varieties being supplied by many established nurseries. Our initial customers asked us to import 'true to type' commercial varieties, some of which were new to Australia. Modern Olives is now regarded as Australia's leading provider of olive specific horticultural and technical advice. In the grove modern olive production means being able to produce good average yields of quality product in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way that utilises the technological advances in mechanisation to ensure low and competitive costs of production. We can help you achieve this on large or small scale. We are continually conducting local research and analysing the performance of varieties planted in different areas of Australiaso that our advice is based not only on overseas data but on accurately gathered local research and experience. Modern Olives continues to develop it business and employ leading people to support customers and the Australian olive industry.
Moorabool Ridge – Moorabool Ridge will be show casing their wines, olive oils, homemade chutney, jams and spreads, free range eggs, homemade soups and bath products.
Olive Branch Preserves – Olive Branch Preserves creates a large range of jams, chutneys and pickles – something for everyone. There are traditional chutneys and relishes, eg. Trampy Tomato Relish – just like something out of Nanna’s kitchen and favourites including Absolutely Apricot Conserve, full of chunky pieces of fruit. All our products are made from natural ingredients, mainly locally sourced and produced in old fashioned methods.
Otway Estate Winery & Brewery - Otway Estate produces a liquid to quench any thirst. From boutique wines, hand crafted beer and cider to a vast selection of delicious cordials. Each beverage is produced on site using natural local products – Estate grown wine grapes, local fruit and berries, or pure Otway rainwater. Though the vineyard was first established in 1981 more vines were planted in 1995 with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Semillon, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet all grown on the property. In 2006 the latest development emerged, Otway Estate now boasts a winery, brewery, gallery, function facility, café / restaurant and expanded cellar door. The cellar door has a retail food outlet enabling the visitor to sample regional and homemade produce.

The Fudgeman – The Fudge man will be offering delicious Rocky Road with your choice of fruit or nut in milk chocolate or white chocolate. The ultimate indulgence. 19 Flavours of our very own fudge recipe. Everything from banana and jaffa to choc mud and mint swirl.
Timboon Fine Ice Cream - Milk and cream are sourced locally and all ice cream is made fresh to order. No artificial flavours, colours or other additives are used in our ice cream. The formula for the ice cream was determined by key factors including, no egg (for allergy sufferers), no gluten (for the same reason), a great creamy mouth feel, new innovative flavours and fresh ingredients.
Timboon Railway Shed Distillery - The Distillery Visitors are warmly welcomed to sample our spirits as part of the Distillery experience. On any given day the distillery will be operating, bubbling and
steaming and producing spirit behind protective glass for all to see. Talk to the distiller and read through the History of Distilling in the area.
Whisky The whisky we make at the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery is a single malt whisky, distilled in a pot still, using malted barley as the only grain ingredient. Our inspirations are the great single malts of Scotland and the Isles, so it’s only natural that our own whisky is made to the same time honoured traditions.
Spirits Our range of spirits currently includes Coffee Cream, Strawberry Schnapps and a premium Vodka. We will also have short run and limited release spirits available at "The Shed" from time to time
Wagner’s Fine Foods - Wagner’s Fine Foods is specialised in catering for outdoor events and festivals in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. From the paddock to the plate - Wagner’s is offering a range of 7 German Gourmet Sausages - out of its own production - served in a bread roll with Sauerkraut, cheese or onions toppings. The German theme of Wagner’s outlets in modern and clean mobile event kitchens invites the customer to a good and healthy meal. A high emphasis is based on providing consumer product information in the outlet explaining about the healthy aspects and ingredients of their Gourmet Sausages on offer. A production video showing the making of the Sausages in the Factory in Hoppers Crossing is presented while the customers can choose their meal from the hot displays in the catering outlets.
Wagner’s offers a great affordable and fresh alternative to the usual fatty take-away foods on offer in those locations and this has been extremely well received by consumers and organisers of all events and festivals attended.
